This was a powder room complete remodel expansion. First off this was a very small room so we were limited with how much we could design within the existing space; therefore, a design was a great place to start with exploring options. Our Star Builders design team worked within our client’s preferences and most importantly within their budget to accommodate their wish list items while staying on schedule as well. Due to our clients growing family needs adding a shower was a must, so we used some space from a closet in the adjacent bedroom and designed a stylish custom tiled shower that included: a corner seat, (2) custom niche’s, a mosaic accent deco strip, large format tiles for the walls and 2 x 2 tiles for the shower pan with estate glass shower panel and door. Our clients chose a 2-tone grey as their main color pallet and highlighted it by bringing in some colorful solids for accents. By tiling the walls along with the flooring, it created a resort destination feel and ultimately will make cleaning a breeze. Topping this off with white Quartz countertops and white raised panel cabinets fitted with chrome and white hardware really creates a classic contemporary yet modern design that our clients were going for.
